Returns Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Fitness Experts, LLC. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping & handling fees.  The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Customer who paid by cash will be refunded by a company check from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery & return pick-up handling charges.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All sales are considered final on the following items which are not returnable: 
floor models, discontinued items, free weights, dumbbells and plates. Accessories must be returned in their unopened, original packaging to receive a full refund. 

Shipping

Most items at Fitness Experts qualify for Free Shipping within the Contiguous 48-States. Please contact us for shipping to international destinations before placing your order.

Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. In rare circumstances some areas may be considered undeliverable or have additional shipping charges. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/ FPO) and Fitness Experts does not ship outside the USA.

Items shipped via freight carrier are curb-side drop off only and do not include inside delivery or assembly. Fitness Experts DOES include lift-gate service with our curbside drop off service. Items shipped via UPS, US Post Office or FedEx will be brought to your door.

For items shipped via freight carrier, your home must be accessable by a semi-truck in order to facilitate the delivery. Missed appointments, redelivery, special trucks, wait times at your home if you are not there when the truck arrives and change of delivery address may require additional charges which are the customer's responsibility to pay.

Shipping delivery date quotes are "approximate" lead times. We cannot guarantee delivery dates as we utilize the services of reputable independent freight companies and occasionally there may be transit delays and on rare occasions an order may be lost or back-ordered.

IMPORTANT: Before you sign for your order, please inspect your shipment carefully. If you notice any damage you should refuse the shipment and the designated freight company will send the product back to us. If you notice even minimal damage to the box, or you are missing items please have the driver note it on the freight bill before you sign for the shipment.

Remember, once you sign for your order, Title of Goods passes to you, the purchaser, so even if the box seems OK, it is still better to note even minimal damage before signing. This way, if there is "concealed damage" which you discover after your order has been opened; it will be easier to make a freight claim. If you do discover that there is concealed damage to your order, call us immediately and we will work together to rectify the situation. Fitness Experts will always use the best and most reliable common freight carriers available to us and we go to great lengths to protect your merchandise.
